Here at Port of Lancaster Smokehouse, you can indulge in the delights of locally sourced fish produce which has been lightly smoked and cured in order to give it a taste all of its own. Rather than overpowering the delicate taste of the fish, we smoke our food in order to enhance the great taste of our food. Just as we only use the finest quality fish produce, we also only use the highest quality oak wood in order to smoke our food.

The method of smoking is an age old one tried and tested technique and here at Port of Lancaster Smokehouse, we feel very privileged to be able to carry on such a long tradition whilst adding our own very special touches to the process.
