Traditionally Smoked Salmon and Sea Trout Traditionally smoked Scottish Salmon, our own unique flavour and texture, or a Christmas favourite, smoked wild Salmon from the River Lune. The fish are in superb condition and caught locally using century old methods of whammel, haaf and drift nets.

All traditionally smoked over specially blended seasoned Oak and Beech chips.

Glasson Smokehouse Chef's Pate All our handmade pates are produced at the smokehouse by our in-house chef using the freshest ingredients. With a minimum content of 75% fish, all are additive, colouring and preservative free.
